Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

Items must be free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, undamaged

All returns will be issued on a store gift card that can be used in store or online

Accessories and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, unless damaged

If you are an online customer, please email hello@lavishboutiqueco.com with your name, order number, and the reason you are returning your item. Please also include if you would like a different size of the item you are returning. Once we receive your item through mail (3-5 business days), we will accept or deny your return. If accepted, we will process your return and email you a gift card code to use online or in store. If return is denied, customer will be notified through email.
